Telephone Access
Deaf and Disabled Telecommunications Program: a California State mandated program, administered by the California Public Utilities Commission
- California Relay Service (CRS): provides specially-trained operators to relay telephone conversations back and forth between people who are deaf, hard of hearing, or speech-disabled and all those they wish to communicate with by telephone
- Speech-to-Speech Relay Service: makes it possible for people who can hear but who have a speech disability to carry on a telephone conversation with anyone they might wish to communicate
